My Bosh oven's temperature dial is not working. I beleive it is the rotatry encoder / potentiometer (which is rotated by the white spindle you can see in the second photo). It no longer adjust the temperature, and rotates past 360 degrees. The core task would be to fix that, but if you'd like to quote on fixing the door seal while you're at it, that would be good.

Service mower and replace blades

It a new kitchen and new appliances

I moved to a property that has a Swann NVR. There are 5 cameras connected using RJ45. However, when I try to "use" it, connecting a VGA or HDMI on it, it does not show any output. On the other side, when I connect a keyboard to it, and press the num lock key, then its light works, meaning that the OS is working at least. So, before buying a new NVR , I would like to TEST the cameras and, if you have seen that problem earlier, also to fix the NVR.

Stove To: 2 of the gas burners on the stove top not working. Need fixing.

A few weeks ago the safety switch in the fuse box tripped and would not stay on - flicked straight off again when trying to switch it back on. We could not figure out why and ended up narrowing it down to the 1 circuit breaker, but checked every single powerpoint etc and couldn't pinpoint what was happening. A few days passed and a mate came and helped try to figure it out. They did the same checks to try and narrow it down again and lo and behold after switching it back on it miraculously stayed on - after doing the same checks we had done with the wall powerpoints etc. Everything in the house including all lights, powerpoints and individual appliances/electrics etc all worked again, except for the stovetop. We've had a look and cannot see where the power for the stovetop runs to. It shouldn't be on its own circuit breaker, and it doesnt appear to be when looking inside the fuse box. Also, not sure if it's relevant but when the power initially tripped, it was in the middle of the day on a weekday when nobody was home and none of those sorts of appliances had been turned on or were being used. Would really appreciate some help, thanks!.
