Three tasks required: (1) supply and install new larger switchboard (see photo of old one), (2) replacing fan light (see photo) with new light fitting without fan, (3) installation of 2.5kw reverse cycle air conditioner into granny flat (back to back installation). See photos.

Just bought the new 11 kg Samsung front load washing machine and needed to replace the existing one. Then moves the existing washing machine to other property which only 6 houses walking distance. Replaced it with the old washing machine there.
