Hello! We are looking for a licenced plumber to: - remove gas wall heater and cap gas line - remove gas oven/stove and cap + decomission gas lines (we want the gas infrastructure in the cupboard gone) - provide a certificate that the works have met safety standards and have been tested for defects. Ideally we'd also like to have everything removed from the property as part of the job. If you don't have a disposal process, we can negotiate the price and organise a scrap metal collection ourselves. We'd like this done ASAP but happy to wait a few weeks if needed.

I have an Electrolux front loader washing machine that seems to be leaking water from somewhere beneath, not profusely but in drips. It's been doing this for awhile and we feel it should be rectified before it worsens. Not urgent but would be good to be fixed before the year ends.

Just bought the new 11 kg Samsung front load washing machine and needed to replace the existing one. Then moves the existing washing machine to other property which only 6 houses walking distance. Replaced it with the old washing machine there.

Looking for wall mounting of four security cameras into plasterboard (1 x garage, 2 x living, 1 x upstairs), and one with floodlight into Brick outside. All cameras are onsite with appropriate brackets. Just need to be mounted onto the wall.

E3 fault code on Bosch Maxx Classic washing machine. Fault code relates to door latch not closing, therefore the machine does not start the wash cycle. Parts look to be ok, but internally there may be a problem.

I have bought and tried to install a new ceiling exhaust fan in bathroom but not sure it’s the right fit for the space. Need some advice and for this or a new fan to be installed. I think the plaster around the hole in the roof will also need repair. I also have an area around a new air conditioner outlet that needs plaster repair.
