My gate has been working unreliably recently. Sometimes it works well sometimes it opens/closes halfway or doesn’t move at all until the next day 🤷🏻‍♀️. Electrolux front loader is leaking water. Still operates fine but just noticing water on the floor at the front left of it after each load.

Garage roller door not opening/closing. Same issue with the buttons on the motor and the remote (ie. the remote isn't the issue). There's power to the motor (lights on the panel come on). Door can be manually opened/closed. Initially when I was pressing the open/close buttons on the remote the motor was making a clicking sound but this has now stopped.

Hi there I need someone to remove a washing machine and dryer from a property in Surrey hills. I then want them to take it to a property in Kew and install them.

We have two outdoor roller shutters on the second floor, both controlled by a single wall switch. One shutter works fine, but the other doesn't, although the motor still makes noise when the switch is pressed.
