I have an antique lamp that has suddenly stopped working. I think it needs to be rewired. Prior to a few months ago, it worked just fine.

Old Mains oven wire exists in back of cabinetry, which is already on its own circuit, I need a new PowerPoint attached to the cable. The gas cook top also needs to be powered, either from the same circuit as the oven (not sure this is legit in Australia), or, via another circuit in the wall. Hard to see, but oven cable is circled in red, it’s been cut off and taped up. Heaps of play in the cable The apartment is in the Willesmere complex in Kew. Recently bought a house with what appears to be an old "Melcom" alarm system installed (Photographs attached) The alarm system still works (the box outside the house lights up and sounds an alarm when system is armed) and the only way I can turn it off is to switch off the mains power. The previous owners don't know the code for the alarm system and don't have the manual. Assistance requested: - If possible - remote assistance on resetting system / creating new alarm code - copy of alarm manual (if one is available/exists) - if required - attendance to service/reset system. Final budget/payment dependent on what's required.

Electrolux front loader is leaking water. Still operates fine but just noticing water on the floor at the front left of it after each load.

Garage roller door not opening/closing. Same issue with the buttons on the motor and the remote (ie. the remote isn't the issue). There's power to the motor (lights on the panel come on). Door can be manually opened/closed. Initially when I was pressing the open/close buttons on the remote the motor was making a clicking sound but this has now stopped.

yesterday I found some outlets dead. the garage door has no electricity. it seems something wrong with the electricy line. I tried to put the swiches in box up and down but cann't work. when I connected the garage door with other outlet it can open .so It should be some problem with the Electric circuit

Miele H310 oven not heating up properly

Hi there I need someone to remove a washing machine and dryer from a property in Surrey hills. I then want them to take it to a property in Kew and install them.

We have two outdoor roller shutters on the second floor, both controlled by a single wall switch. One shutter works fine, but the other doesn't, although the motor still makes noise when the switch is pressed. A technician previously raised a concern about both shutters being controlled by a single switch, which could have caused the motor failure, though other factors like water ingress, faulty components, improper installation, or an incorrect motor may also be to blame. We need someone to inspect and fix the issue. Please note this is on the second floor, and a standard ladder may not be tall enough.

Electrolux front loader washing machine leaking water when cycle starts.

We had an integrated dishwasher installed as part of a renovation 3 years ago. Since it was installed the door has always been very heavy and ‘drops’ rather than soft closing if you’re not careful when opening. I’ve been reading up on this and it looks like a spring needs to be installed but I’m not able to do that myself. The dishwasher also seems to move backwards/forwards slightly in its cavity. Will pay extra if someone can also reinstall so it stays in place
