Unable to pull out the filter part to wash the machine

Hi I am after a quote to replace my broken hot water boiler system (a Rheem mains pressure electric water heater model rheemglas 250L dual heater 2003 model number 16225077) using the "best" Victorian Government energy saving rebate. I assume the Rheem heater is beyond economical repair as it got stuck on maximum for 2 days and was covered in humidity, then after turning it off for days to dry it now does nothing when turned back on? Unfortunately I've previously been told I cannot have a heat pump boiler as I live in a complex and the heat pump must be installed outdoors and cannot be installed in a garage (with open barred gates) and nor on my 2nd floor patio (which would not support the weight of the water tank and heat pump) - is this correct? Or do some heat pumps come with separate tank and heat pump? We are allowed to put air conditioning units on our roofs - is a Solar-boosted hot water system a viable option? I live in Abbotsford, 3067. I appreciate your time, Andy PS: I am also potentially interested in air conditioning installation (to replace electric wall heaters) and sealing gaps around my doors but the broken hot water is the priority!

Hi there my Miele washing machine stopped working. The ‘check inlet’ sign keeps flashing. I’ve cleaned out all the inlet filters from behind and front with no luck. I need a new gas regulator /hose connected to my bbq. I have purchased the new regulator / hose but need help removing the old hose and regulator and installing the new hose. I also need a side gas burner for the bbq screwed back in as well. Will need to bring tool. Access to hose connection in bbq is difficult

I need my 5.5kg dryer mounted on a wall above my washing machine. There appear to be mountings on the wall where a dryer has previously been mounted into the brick wall. I have the brackets. We are renting this property and have approval for this work.

My floor is getting redone, so the Miele dishwasher needs to be disconnected prior to the floor people. Then it needs reconnected the next day. The dishwasher is freestanding in a slot next to the sink.

Hi there I need someone to remove a washing machine and dryer from a property in Surrey hills. I then want them to take it to a property in Kew and install them.

We have two outdoor roller shutters on the second floor, both controlled by a single wall switch. One shutter works fine, but the other doesn't, although the motor still makes noise when the switch is pressed. A technician previously raised a concern about both shutters being controlled by a single switch, which could have caused the motor failure, though other factors like water ingress, faulty components, improper installation, or an incorrect motor may also be to blame. We need someone to inspect and fix the issue. Please note this is on the second floor, and a standard ladder may not be tall enough.
