Removed has stove to replace with electric. Gas pipe was capped... but kitchen installed just bent it out the way... I can't smell anything but I don't like the way it's bent. So would prefer it caped again properly. It's 1/2 inch copper pipe. Easy access at waste height.... open in wall.. simply turn gas off.. cut pipe and cap it off with your fancy compression tool.. Also would like a compliance check done separately for remaining gas appliances heater and hot water. - Due date: Flexible

Supply & attach ceiling register vents to exposed existing ducts. Original vents were discarded due to tobacco stains from previous owner. Total of 6 ceiling vents - 4 with a cutout of 310mm/280mm duct diameter, and 2 with a cutout of 410mm/340mm duct diameter. dishwasher struggles to drain the last 10-20mm of water after wash. Hose is clear, filter is clean, tried all youtube video tutorials on possible issues/how to fix and havnt had any luck. Washes dishes perfectly.

We have a gas wall heater that needs to be removed in Kingsbury. I will be replacing it with a freestanding fireplace & hearth, therefore there's no need to tidy the back or floor. All I need is the gas line to be safely sealed (at least as far back as the wall) and the unit itself to be removed. Timeframe is flexible but the sooner the better. Thank you!
