I have an automatic sliding gate with motor installed. I need someone with experience to install the track on the gate, hook up the motor with the provided power cable, install the gate stop , program the remote. All required materials are provided. Any questions please ask. The motor is Faac 740

Automatic garage door is not closing smoothly. Seems to be getting caught mid way and then jumping ahead. Motor is fine and there does not appear to have and issues with the door or tracks (visually)

We are wanting to install a bench with a hole in it to integrate a stovetop. We also want a compartment at the bottom to fit a separate oven. We just need the joinery and will figure out the installation of oven and stovetop later. This is to fill in the gap where we currently have a broken freestanding oven/cooktop.
