clothes dryer is not drying clothes properly. The machine finishes cycle before clothes are dry and doesnt complete cycle

The fridge was continuously beeping last night. Doors were closed etc. I turned it on and off and the socket a few times and for different lengths but it started beeping when I turned it back on. I turned the coolness down to the coldest setting and that stopped the beeping however since then the light inside doesn't work and the fridge is not as cold as it should be for being on the setting!

The inner seal has come off our washing machine and we are unsure how to put it back on
