The joint of our dishwasher pipe to water supply is leaking.

My dryer works but it doesn’t move inside

The wall outlet to attach the heater pipe is available. Since I moved into this house 10 years ago never used it. Therefore, unable to attach the pipe. I am in Leda 6170 WA.

I need a licensed plumber to install a new cooktop to replace old one. Old cooktop is SMEG. New one is Euromaid. The size has been checked as per cut size on the kitchen bench. Please see attached picture of existing gas pipework underneath.

I would like a mid century copper wood heater installed. I have the flue but I think that the chimney cap needs to be replaced. There is also a bit of lead around the flue that likely isn't needed.
