We are moving home and need our house alarm serviced The alarm has never been used by us and we have never known the code and so we need the code reset. Several years ago we isolated the power to it as it kept making noises which I believe would be due to the battery being flat / needing replaced I did power it on several days ago and the alarm promptly activated It is a Paradox system that we have and it would have been installed in 2003 when the house was built Thanks
