Moved in to new apartment. Need to connect washing machine to the new water inlet. Not able to do it myself. Should be a 5 minute job for someone that is even remotely handy. Will not accept offers over $80. Thanks

Fridge to be moved out of space, washing machine to be disconnected and moved out and dryer to be taken down from the wall and moved out of laundry.

Upgrade security system with new cameras and monitoring unit in a two story home. Wiring already done, need to mount new cameras and connect with new cameras and unit. Check existing security back to base alarms. Two storey home must have own ladder and equipment.

Commercial fridges are not cooling and showing high temperature alarm (AH). Both fridges might be connected, as one temperature went up yesterday and the other one showed the same problem today. I need this fixed asap.

The taps or water inlet valve beneath the laundry sink don't have a stopper. This means that even if the tap is put to off, once the washing machine pipe is disconnected, water still flows out. I need a plumber to help me fix this so that this washing machine can be unplugged The property is located at 14-22 Water Street, Lidcombe.

When the drum spins, behind it there are loose metal pieces. Now drum doesn’t spin.

Please help me look at my fridge. It appears to not be as cold as it should be (fridge was recently bought second hand). Fridge is a bottom mount samsunf fridge. Freezer works fine, fridge temp sits at 1°c but feels warmer than that with the food deteriorating quickly

UPDATE: Blanco BSO 6000 X model. The grill and fan still works, but the oven doesn't heat up. Oven part may have been damaged due to over-heating.

Require handyman to connect kitchen rangehood exhaust to the external wall (brick veneer). Need to drill a hole kitchen joinery then followed by timber stud then face brick, also need to supply external exhaust grill.

The dish washer stays on NULL .. It won't start ..
