Replace oyster light with ceiling fan in lounge room. Ceiling is cement. Fan is remote controlled - see photo. Replace 5 other oyster lights with new oysters and one spot light - all in photos. Install Westinghouse oven in existing cabinet space.
I was very impressed with Jason’s work, he attended to the job quickly and was very polite and professional. He was pleasant and offered to go the extra mile! He seemed to really know what he was doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him do more work.
Dryer - needs a new belt. A leaky faucet in bathroom and kitchen.

fairly sure dryer needs a new belt- is a Simpson EZIset 500 dryer. Also the bathroom faucet leaks and the kitchen faucet is loose - can find other things big and small once you get going:)
