Install new walk way from manhole to ceiling ducted heater. This is requested as routine gas compliance check item. There are some existing boards loosly kept for walking (see photo, may be usefull to reuse but dont rely on that) But not proprly fixed. Since AAS5601 dictates that a suitable pathway of at least 600mm wide should be provided between the entry manhole and the ducted heating unit, using at least a 19mm thick board. Lighting must also be provided: The installation must meet the compliance guidelines above and provide a stable, securely fixed path. Provide a photo of the complete installation showing compliance. While on-site, you may need to replace a service bulb in the roof Please provide fixed quote for the work and when you can do it.
