One down light in ensuite turns on with normal illumination for 10-12 minutes. After this time the light begins to flash on for 10 seconds and off for 2 seconds constantly. The adjacent downlight functions normally. The ceiling is 3.2 metres high. You need to get up your own ladder to check the globe and wiring to understand why the intermittent flashing on and off is happening and fix it to stop the flashing so it functions normally.

Looking for a handyman to do the following at my newly purchased apartment in Richmond. Work will need to be finished before the apartment is painted on the afternoon of the 22nd. * Remove a built in desk carefully and prepare the wall for painting. The desk has been been fixed to the plaster wall with silicone sealant. * I have a brand new front load washing machine and dryer sitting in a box in the apartment storage unit. I will need them moved into the apartment bathroom and unboxed and connected in the european laundry inside the bathroom. The two items will need to be placed one on top of the other with an anti vibration mat between them. I have purchased the mat. * Replace the edge strip between bedroom carpet and living room timber floor. * Supply and fit a bracket on sliding door. * Reattach a European Laundry door Photos attached. Hello! I have a smeg 90cm electric oven - see pictures. It has been working fine but last week there seems to be an electrical issue. The knob that turns to select ‘fan forced’ etc. is not connecting properly when turned on. The oven turns on but will only start up if I push the knob down as seen in photos and the lights comes on. Hoping it is a simple electrical fix. Would like a qualified electrician. Need it fixed asap. Would be good to have the oven serviced as well if you are going to come here anyway :) Thank you!
