Garage roller door needs to be adjusted for tension so that it rolls smoothly Check alignment of tracks and motor to ensure smooth operation

Install washing machine, everything is done, just need to tighten the white hose as shown in picture. It’s leaking when i turn the tap on.

Gas cooktop can't be ignited. I use a lighter to use the cooktop. To fix it rather than to replace the cooktop, how much will it cost and how long will it take? I don't know the model and brand. Please see attched photo. I tried to remove the screws from it to check inside. But one screw is rusty and can't be removed. I don't know how much will it cost. I just randomly put $200. The home is next to train station.
