8 years old Samsung double door fridge. The freezer door locks up and hard to open without heavy force. It seals strongly maybe due to vacuum inside.

My LG top loading washing machine works fine apart from a leak that is coming out from under it.

Smeg dishwasher leaking from front left bottom. It's not always leaking and also when leaking it's not a big puddle of water. I assume it might be the sealing.

Door won't slide and I can't take freezer down stairs to foot path

Ceiling leak found in walk in bedroom. Had a look in the ceiling and found water marks under ducted heating unit in the ceiling. Not sure where the leak is coming from at this stage.

Install my new dishwasher and take my old one away.
