Hi, my Bosch serie 4 washing machine WAN24124AU has stopped drawing water after moving houses. The tap is working, and the machine worked perfectly fine at our previous home. The inlet valve is screwed onto the back of the washing machine so tight that the removalists nor myself could remove it at that end so I am unsure if it is blocked etc there. Looking to have this fixed but obviously unsure of exactly what it entails at this stage.

Washing machine isn’t pumping water correctly, sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. Usually after arounr 5 cycles it fills up with water. Also if I use the dryer in the washing machine it’s filling up with water too. Just seeing if this can be fixed - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 14 December 2023
