I have two roller shutters that are not functioning properly and not moving up and down correctly and getting stuck. Looking for a quote to fixed. Motors are functioning, but it sounds like the roller shutters a skipping or misaligned.

I had a plumber come out as I had a leaking dishwasher. They advised "possible issue with mice chewing all the pipes. The water inlet is chewed out that's why it was leaking and also the electrical cable has been chewed". As such, require pest control to come out & treat the area to get ride of any mice. Thank you

I need 4 eufy wired cameras installed + Homebase. I have exisiting cameras from the previous owner just in case it's easier to install them in the same spot. Otherwise they don't need to be removed. Very flexible on day and time.
