gas stove cooktop installation

I need my tumble dryer mounting on the wall. I have bought the bracket so just need it attaching to the wall and the tumble dryer attaching to that.

I have a 1960s built brick veneer with 2400mm floor to ceiling height. There is heaps of space above where the ceiling is and where the interior of the roof is. I want to reclaim that space and make the rooms feel much spacious by taking the current ceiling off and exposing the beams. I need someone to have a look at the property and offer me the project cost - if will involve taking care of the electricals too - like exhaust fans, bathroom heating, current down lights, evap cooling vents all sit on the current ceiling.
