Rangehood fan has recently started to take a while to fully turn on and function. There are times where it doesn’t turn on as well. Suspected motor issue.

Just need someone with a good shifting spanner and strong arms to get the metal cap off the tap so I can hook up the washing machine. Taps are in the cabinet under laundry sink.
