I have one washing machine and one microwave that needs to be removed from property. They can be fixed and resoled. The washing machine works but is stuck on the quick cycle setting and the microvave is not heating up food. Removal from ground floor.

I’ve got an old BOSCH gas hot water system that has been slowly deteriorating over the past 18 months. The burner inside does what it’s supposed to but nothing to show for it. I’m over having a barely lukewarm shower in the morning. Especially now we’re coming into winter. I’ve got a brand new Rheem system to install. I wouldn’t mind getting the gas cock & water valve replaced at the same time.
