Hisense Fridge Freezer - freezer not getting cold enough to freeze. We’ve recently got the fridge was told it was working prior.

Changing bulbs didn’t work so there’s something deeper that needs fixing. I exposed the area that needs further investigation but without an electrical license I can’t proceed. If you can find and replace the broken part and get the lights to work I can put the range hood back together. All bulbs for a millisecond went on as I was handling them. I have this dryer currently in my garage that I'd like moved into my laundry on the first floor of my house. There's a small set of stairs that it needs to be taken up (pictured).
