Hello, In the corner of our basement, there is some water collecting by design in heavy rain. After a fews day or so of continue heavy rain, about half a bucket of water collects. We already have 2 puddle pumps connected, which we manually turn on to extract the water. We are now seeking some sort of sensor based switch that will check if the water has come to a specific level and then turn on the pump until the water level drops. Who can assist with this task? It will require someone to come to the location and scope the work as well. Price in Airtasker is for labour only. We will pay for any sensors and hardware you suggest directly with the manufacturer. Electrolux washing machine (EWF9043BDWA), had a few loud bang sound while last use and then came up with error code E10 while water filled half way. Have tried clean the drain at the bottom and unplug doesn’t help.

One burner on gas stove not working. Very hard to turn and gas not lighting. The other burners are working.

Drain near washing machine is clogged. Have tried heavy duty chemicals which didn't work. Looking for a certified plumber who can clear this out for me asap. Flexible with time of day, but preferably after 5PM.

I have Fisher & Paykel DE4060M1 Dryer Dryer is spinning just fine but it is no longer heating. I'm pretty sure it overheated while drying a load of cotton towels where the lint wasn't able to escape. Might be the Overheat protector or the Thermostat or possibly heating element. The dryer is wall mounted above the washing machine so will need to be brought down also for any repairs.
