Washing Machine is working fine though there is a leakage at the end of every cycle I run it. Not sure where is the leak from, no leaking pipes, nothing visible to my eyes.
Very Professional. Good guy and fixed it on spot. Definitely recommend him. Gonna call him again. Very economical as well. Loved his service.

Dishwasher (oldish Sterling model) refused to turn on occasionally, starting a few weeks back. I think it has to do with the door latch. Now, the latch is not working at all anymore. May require opening the control panel.

Got a new dryer and a stacking kit - need this to be installed on top of my washing machine.
Poor communication, didn't arrive on time and took my help to pick a heavy dryer. He was handling my staking kit with no care and threw dryer on top of it and almost damaged the base of it.

The ducted heating stopped working. It was starting (but it seems not to the point that the gas would turn on). I tried turning it on and off, but that seemed to have shut down the console (to adjust temp etc) as well now. Cheers
