Hi, we have recently moved to a new place. Our top load LG washing machine hose is not long enough to reach the water outlet. I bought a longer hose from Bunnings and it fitted on both ends but while the cycle is running it stops and shows IE as an error. I consulted with one of the LG staff and they said that the machine does not support longer hose. Anyone who is familiar with LG top load washing machines, we would appreciate that if you can help us out to fix/solve the issue. Model LG WTG6532W
