The water taps to hand basin and bath tub are very tight to turn on or turn off, I would like the supply and replacement of them. The dryer is currently stacked on top of washing machine, which makes quite loud noise when using it. I would like to consider wall hang to a bracket if possible, or other potential solutions.

I have an old gas heater in my lounge room I would like removed. I have never used it. I don't use gas and not sure about the connection so would need to make sure it is left safe in case there is any remaining gase connection. So need someone with the appropriate trade qualification. Ilve electric oven. Might be a thermostat issue as the electrics are fine, the fan is fine, but there is no heat coming from the oven or grill. We have tried resetting it but it didnt fix it. The stove top works fine.
