My garage roller door is not closing properly and making loud sqeaky noise gling up and down

We have a dishwasher that isnt draining when it goes into a wash cycle.

Ductwork has been damaged when rangehood was changed over. Require ductwork to be removed from roof vent and rangehood and to be replaced with new. All materials can be supplied. Worm clamps, duct tape and ductwork.

Cable of home gym equipment snapped. New cable required and installed.

I have a freestanding water heater that had the flute disconnected. The heater is in position and the roof installation has already been completed. So all I actually need is to have the flute reinstalled in the house and the chimney cover put back on outside. If the person who does the installation could also just check/service the fireplace to ensure it is working as expected that would also be ideal as its quiet old and we have never used it. I have all the original flute and cover materials in my garage so no materials will be needed.

I need 7 electric roller window shutters checked and serviced - technician needs to check for obvious issues, adjust,clean - basically get them running efficiently for new tenant. Note - the motors are in eves but they can be accessed by lifting roof tiles directly above. Only one has issue with it either only staying in up or down position. The rest probably just need standard adjustment, motor checked/oiled (?), cleaning etc. Will add photos shortly.for information.

The Garage motor seems either old or just having issues. It stops at odd times or doesnt go down when its needed to. Currently I manually do it. Yesterday I couldn't even disconnect the motor section so it can allow manual draw down of the garage door. The garage door also makes noise when going up or down, would be great if that smoothen.

I am wanting a wireless security camera set up at my home, I will be needing a written quote to cover the costs of installation and the set up it's self It's a really old house so I would prefer the technician to see the property before giving me the quote as it is for court and can't be changed once it's submitted

Dishlex error code 30. turns on but does not wash - Due date: Flexible

Remote roller door only lifts up a couple of centimeters and then stops. If I tune the power on and off then it works. Manufacture is Vicway. I need someone to repair the motor. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 30 January 2024
