Need an outdoor outlet for gas heater. There is already one on one wall. So need the copper pipe to go from outdoor roof back down in another area.

COOL BREEZE air cond. apparent water pump failure. Fills and dumps water but no flow on panels. Recently replaced cooler panels on another air cond, and previously replaced water pump on same one, but since knee operation can't stand on steeply pitched roof. Also need chinamans hat replaced on flue next to air cond.

Breeze evaporative air-conditioner fan belt has snapped and needs to be replaced. Just need someone who has a part. Happy to have you replace or just provide us the part. would prefer fix ASAP - Due date: Flexible

My living room air conditioner has kicked the bucket in the heat. Main unit turns on fine but the compressor outside fan won't run. Makes an intermittent buzzing noise that sounds like it's trying to start. Fan will go if I click flick it manually with a screw driver. Warm air coming from main unit. Posting this on the off chance someone is available to come take a look today (Saturday). Happy to pay extra for any parts needed. - Due date: Flexible
