Entry – Sliding door to garage is not secure at the bottom, wind (with garage roller door up or down) causes door to frequently swing and hit skirting board if sliding door is closed. Might need to install a stopper or latch Bedroom 1: Issue with power point. Plug won't go fully in. Laundry – Under sink storage door does not secure shut. Kitchen – Under sink corner cabinet does not close properly. - Stove top knobs need to be secured Garage - Power point not secured to wall as pictured. If you can fix great otherwise I'll get an electrician.

Need help checking and fixing a rattling sound from the cooktop that occurs when the gas line is open to the cooktop. We use bottled gas for supply.

I have found a Queenslander Heritage Window Hood on Facebook Marketplace. I haven't bought it yet, but if somebody can install it, I would like it attached to my house. It will need to be collected from Samford Valley and brought to Indooroopilly, and then installed. The window is about 2.5 to 3 stories high off of the ground. This is why I am looking for someone. The hood will probably need to be painted so will need to allow for time for this. I hope this can be done by someone.

Please switch the gas taps to the new LCC27 fitting. These taps are in the side of my house and they have 2 taps allowing 2, 9kg bottles for my kitchen stove top. Supply and fit please

The gas pipe for my stove needs to be relocated and the stove reconnected. The stove doesn’t fit flush against the back wall because the gas pipe from the floor blocks it from being pushed into place abutting the wall. The gas pipe needs moving. The house is vacant so the work can be completed at any time and any day that suits.

We are having our kitchen benchtops replaced and need to first remove the electric cooktop and oven from the counter, we will be keeping the appliances as we will have to put them back once the new benchtop is installed.

Bought new washer and dryer + water/drain hose extensions as machines too far from where they need to plug in. Need help installing TODAY IF POSSIBLE 🙏. Good guys unable to complete installation due liability laws with using hose extensions they also sold me.

Connect sink and dishwasher to the existing pipes under my house in Keperra. A new Kaboodle kitchen has been built and the sink installed. The sink wastewater needs connecting to the old pipes underneath the house. A new hole needs to be cut in the timber floor for the dishwasher waste pipe. Water supply inflow connection pipes to the dishwasher are also required. There is access underneath the house to reach the pipes. Please see the descriptions drawn on the photographs

Our oven went pop and no longer works so I've bought a new one, which is waiting for install. Should be a straight swap of a 60cm built in oven on a separate circuit. Install ASAP please.
