Hi there. I am going overseas for 5 weeks and was hoping to have someone come to my home and do a tank clean/water change maybe twice while I am away. It is a freshwater planted tank with CO2. It is 60x45x36 with shrimp and small rasboras. Ideally I think two visits one in early Jan and the other in mid Jan would be good. I have a house sitter who will be at my home and who will be able to provide access to the home.

There seems to be a problem with our tank and fish are dying please help.

I have a 6x2x2 roughly 600l tank that is currently in really bad shape. The water is extremely brown / dirty and so are the 2 x canister filters and HOB. I’ve been in hospital for 2 months and since being home I haven’t been well enough to service the tank. There are still a bunch of fish (mainly South Americans) inhabiting the tank somehow. I would need close to a 100% WC (maybe 2), a full gravel syphon, glass clean, and hose clamp hardware cleaned, and both canisters cleaned out. I have tubing that runs directly to a bath tub for easy WC’s, and the bath tub can also be used for the cleaning of the canisters filters. The bath tub is directly opposite the tank, maybe 6-8m away. Everything you need can be supplied, unless you have better equipment to make the job more efficient. Available any day / night this week or weekend. Thank you. For Melbournians only. You need to collect a brand new 120cm aquarium tank from a Clayton warehouse and transport it to my home in Pakenham. It is not light and this needs to be done safely, meaning no scratches on the tank . The tank comes cushioned with styrofoam but you need to secure the tank well with additional padded towels and cloth to prevent it from getting chips.
