Trees to be cut down and removed approx 1x5m 2x8m. The trees require a level of skill to take down safely. If you have not had experience please do not quote. Please do not bother quoting above the budget. I have had an arborist remove trees on site previously at this price point.

l need an Arborist report, this report is not required by the council this report is required by the builder, will give you a run down what l need, there are 2 trees on a large block 1600Sq looking at the house from the street there is 1 tree on left side inline with the fence line towards the back of the block also there is 1 tree at the rear of the block these 2 trees are far back away from where the house will be built, the builder wants a report on the property next door, on the right side of the property looking at the house from the street, so 2 of next door trees are approx 3mtrs in height and the other is approx 2mtrs in height. just need a report of above. To all Arborits, need a report on my property, this report is not require by the council it is required by the builder, there are 2 trees on the rear of the property, it sits on a 1600sq block, 1 tree is along side the fence line the other is at the rear of the property which is way away from where the house will be built. the main reason the builder want a report is of next door trees, there are 2 trees approx 3mtrs in height and 1 approx 2mtrs in height, hopefully this information helps.
