1. Remove bricks and reinstall on original position - under window front entry of house 2. Sand and paint all exterior windows/door frames, timber post , gutter & fix the gap in between the brickwork & timber frame , ( 3 bedroom house ) 3. Wash and paint pergola

Not sure how much this will cost so give me your best offer! Want it done properly but also as cheaply as possible.. see pics pretty standard garage would like to put in ceiling, floor, and new door to outside. Also lighting, and take paint off windows to let more light in.. and anything else you think should be done for a decent conversion/ home office/studio type job.
