All lights, fans and power points will be supplied by myself and are on site. this is for a large 4 bed double story renovation, plenty of work. We need an experienced painter to assist with finishing off internal painting. Areas include hallway and loungeroom + all internal doors to be painted in gloss. We are pushing to finish asap to get our house on the market and therefore need an extra pair of hands to assist in finishing off. Rate of $35/hour. We can talk through the specifics on site. Im looking for a builder to help me with my renovation of the house in Carindale. here are some jobs that I need help with: 1. create a slope for the shower floor, this will need to cut out parts of joists. 2. remove the existing wardrobe wall and build 4 small internal walls to create the Walk through wardrobe upstairs, and seal one doorway. 3. open up part of the wall from garage to allow access to the storage from garage, seal the orginal storage door. Im happy to pay you hourly rate for the job
