Im moving house and need to disassemble my queen sized gas lift bed

We need someone to disassemble a Freedom Sorrento sofa bed to move it into an apartment and then reassemble it on-site. The task involves removing and reattaching just eight bolts. Instructions and photos will be provided to guide you through the process. Must have your own tools and prior experience handling furniture disassembly/reassembly. Task must be completed on Wednesday, 18th or Thursday 19th December.

I accidentally ordered a double size bed, which was assembled. So I need someone to disassemble a double bed frame, then assemble the queen bed frame. Please note, the queen size bed has not arrived yet, so I only have online pics and the dimensions:)

We are a major manufacturer and distributor of BBQ's to Bunnings. We have 7 x gas bbq samples to assemble. 5 of the 7 have been shipped approx 70% partially assembled to make it quicker and easier to assemble here. Other two are full assembly. 5 x 4 Burner hooded, 1 x 2 burner hooded and 1 x 4B small outdoor kitchen is the list. I am after a professional worker, who is methodical, careful and quick with assembly. Should have no issues completing around 5 hours . Only people with BBQ assembly experienced will be considered.

I have a PC for video editing. I want to upgrade it with a new GPU (4090), CPU (14900K), mobo, case... So basically a whole new PC. I want to use the old parts (3080 Ti, Ryzen 9 5950X, case) to build a new, less powerful, gaming and media PC. And I want to build a NAS media server. (At least 20TB, for Plex and backups.) So basically that's two new PCs and a NAS server. I haven't bought the new parts yet -- I'd like expert advice to plan and choose parts, and help to physically build them. I especially need advice on which 4090 variant to get, which mobo to get, to check everything's compatible, and advice on how to set up the NAS media server. I can provide a Google doc with more detail on the parts I have and what I need. So maybe we start with a phone call to plan, then I'll buy the parts, then we can build it in-person in Richmond.
