Installation and purchase recommendation of vertical wall ladder to fit tight space

I have bought an attic ladder from bunnings by Gorilla. i want it installed in my garage and there already seems to be a spot cut out for it by the previous owners but it the hole may have to be expanded to fit the new attic ladder.

I have purchased a Bailey's Attic Ladder which I need installed into my garage ceiling. Manhole already there but it does need to be made a little larger. You'll need your own tools.

Existing attic has access via bedroom which I want to move to an attic ladder in the hallway. Existing access door to be removed and replastered.

Hi. We are building a second story renovation. They have completed the roof and ceiling framing and the roof tiles are being installed currently. We would like a ceiling ladder to be installed. I’ve attached a photo of the attic ladder which I will purchase. It shows the size etc. I’m happy to change the ladder if you think there is a better option. Just let me know if you quote that you can supply a different ladder which is better etc. This job is for install only cost. (Or supply and install if you have a different option) Due to the fact the home is currently being renovated, I will need an insured person to be installing this on site as they will need to prove this before they can gain entrance to site.
