I have been asked to create a 7 module online course as an introduction to breathwork. 7 modules total Each module will contain 5-10 minutes of discussion 10-20 minute guided practice The discussion videos will have multiple camera angles and some (minor) b roll footage The guided practices will only be around 5 minutes of recorded b roll content with a voice over before transitioning into some sort of blank canvas background with progress bar and timer We will hire a yoga studio or similar space to film this One camera essential but 2 preferable so we can have set up in different angles.
