I also need you present at a 20 minute tech run in the week leading up to the event. Can arrange around your schedule. I am needing to book an IT Coordinator to set up and help link up a laptop through to the State Library Theatre screen for a Piano Masterclass Workshop coming up Monday 14th April - Wednesday 16th April. There is a video advertisement we need to play at some sessions on the State Library Theatre screen, a PowerPoint presentation, an hour video presentation and also, 22 music tracks all of which I’ll have for you in a file.  We have $250 in the budget to pay you. So we would need you to be present at the 20 minute tech run that the state library is offering in the lead up to the event to ensure that the 22 music tracks can be played through the sound system, a PowerPoint presentation can be played on the State Library Theatre screen, the Zenith Music 3 minute video advertisement have a test run of an hour video presentation - have a test run. Will have the streaming link via Zoom. Will also need you to be present for approximately 6 hours across the three day workshop to ensure all the presentations go well. There is also a 20 minute tech run is yet to be booked. So I could arrange it around your schedule.  The workshop itself is from Monday 14th April - Wednesday 16th April.
