For reference the ROUTE total less than 2.5km and Google Maps estimates it is ~40 min walk. (See image below) My business is remotely undertaking a review of a section of Yeppoon CBD for analysis of the current tenants within commercial buildings, and also commercial properties with “for lease” or “for sale” window signage and/or any current vacancies of the ground level and any upper level shops/offices. The video/photos are NOT for publication, just for our own internal office review so DO NOT need to be professional quality - we will just need to be able to read tenant window signage and details on any “for sale”/“for lease” signs.
