We need an audio visual and live streaming of an event 12th Feb, from 6pm to 8.30pm. We have approx 20-25 live attendees and would like to live stream to others using Teams (preferably). We want this event to be seamlessly interactive and professionally conducted.

Im looking for a videographer that can record a video of me performing, a few angles, with live sound recorded, I'm going to use it for my social media - tight on budget so I'm hoping to find someone on here to level up their and my portfolio!

We are looking for a tech-savvy audio visual tech for a one day event. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless audio operations and managing the live stream of the event. What we need from you: Monitor and manage audio levels during the event to ensure high-quality sound Assist with the speaker presentations using the projector Troubleshoot any audio and projector issues that arise promptly and efficiently Set up and manage the live streaming equipment and software. Ensure a stable and high-quality live stream throughout the event Control the live stream feed to You Tube and the Swapcard App Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth event operations We have 6 guest speakers presenting during the event. Me and my girlfriend have just started a podcast! we recorded our first podcast and like 10-20secs of the audio has gone weird and I have absolutely no clue how to fix it. We ended up recording through Ableton and my god it was hard and I have no clue how to use it. I’ve now switched to GarageBand but now I’m struggling to match up the video and the Audio. Like every program is saying the file is to big as in the video 3.4gb it’s 49mins. I’ve tried GarageBand but you can’t cut the video on there. I’ve frustrated myself to the max and I need help 😂. I know your able to edit these yourself but I’d actually like to do it myself for future episodes so need the help also. Obviously using easier software. Also wanting to know best Hosting Platform Open to offers. Not sure what rates are but also open to talking about business in future pods and tagging in video :) as I will be editing it it’s more of a show me how
