The ute stopped working and is sitting on the street. Dad and a friend took the new battery out to charge it. The battery has been sitting charged in the garage for 2 months and not returned to the ute. Looking for someone to put the battery back into the car and see if it starts. If it doesn’t start, help push it down the 50m driveway, into position, and off the road. Please provide information on: 1. You car knowledge / experience with car battery installation 2. I replaced a dead battery with a new one in a 2016 Ford Ranger, but now it won’t start. The starter cranks for 1 second and then shuts off. I suspect there might be an issue with the wiring to the new battery.

6 cells are damaged. I have extracted them & have replacements. I'd like someone who is good on the solder and with wires to put it back together well. It's basically a few solder spots!

Ranger Wildtrak Need an auto elect to tap into the ignition to charge a battery box, via a DCDC charger, so it only runs when the vehicle is on. This will be isolated from the main battery, as it has the 3pin Anderson plug to connect to the back of the battery box unit. I have already pre run the wiring under the body to the bonnet to the battery, but not connected. I also have a dual mount blackvue camera I'd like installed and wired into the ignition too.

Its all already wired, possibly something might be wrong. Alternator does not charge the battery. Might be because alternator gives out around 13v, its a brand new alternator and old one did the same thing.

My 2015 Volkswagen Amarok is already wired up with a spare battery but I want someone to check that it's definitely being charged as I drive. I also would like advice as to what can be installed to help maintain the charge etc... I have a solar blanket I use while camping but I want all the wiring and everything to be done and checked. 2011 Jeep Cherokee car battery dead. Has been failing to start recently. Mechanic found battery terminal corrosion and suggested finding a sparky to fix. Anyway now I'm stranded. Need a jump at least.

I am needing assistance with my car battery. I've left the light on overnight, and it's gone flat. You can't reach the car to jump start, so it will need to be a portable charger. I have to work on Thursday, so I would really appreciate if it can be done before then. Thank you!
