Need to move and properly mount front & rear dash cam that I’ve put into wrong spot, all equipment provided, need to remove and move the front facing one that’s already mounted

Need help with electrics in van. Electrician had a look at it and thinks there is an issue with the battery and may need replacement but doesn’t have time. Need someone who understands dc battery systems better to have a look and replace if needed.
