Find experienced auto electricians in Brunswick VIC

Have just purchased a touch screen info unit that fits the mountings of my Mercedes Sprinter van. I’ve got no idea what wiring goes to what. Need an auto electrician or the likes of who can wire this thing up and get it working. I’m happy to mount the cover plates etc and also run cabling to the back for the reverse camera but if it can be in a ‘working order’
