Have purchased a new battery for my 2019 Skoda Kodiaq. I need help removing the old battery and installing the new one. I don't have the correct tools to remove a hard placed bolt that is holding the battery down

My Xiaomi Pro 2 scooter has a flat back tyre, and I would like to change the tyre. Another issue is it can only last around 40 minutes when fully charged. I would like to find out what's wrong with it. If it has something to do with the battery, please also change the battery for me.
