The contractor will first need to install a beam across first, paint it and secure wall brackets to the beam as showed on pictures. Rafter bracket or similar will need to be installed. Then the awning will need to be installed on that beam. Please note that the contractor will need to have prior experience and installation will need to be sturdy.
