Need switch replaced for awning. Switch is removed. Will need to source new switch and install and I understand the cost of the switch will be additional.

Require front patio roof to be cleaned, potentially sanding required and repainted after water damage (which is fixed)

I need a quote on 2 new awnings, heavy duty canvas style like pictures show. Either Woodland Grey colour or monument. Must be water/weatherproof with good guarantees. 1.8m drop 1.3m reach, one awning is 3.25m wide (inc fittings) the other is 3.15m wide. Exact sizes are very close but, to be confirmed.

The fitting (pic 1) has broken on the end and needs welding back in place like the original (pic 2). I can remove and prepare everything, I just need somebody with a welder to turn up at the house, it will take about 5 minutes.
