I have a new shop sign, just need someone to screw it on. It's about 5m off the ground so will need a long ladder

I need a qualified persons to install a motorised folding arm awning - the awning is 3.5m wide and the wall it needs to go on 3m above the ground through timber structure. There are three brackets requiring furring to the timber structure. The awning just needs to be plugged into a PowerPoint. See pics

I need to replace a damaged shop canvas awning for butcher shop

I need 3 exterior window awnings fitted. They are on the 2nd storey with a narrow gap of 1 metre to next door property. The wall is brick. You will need an extension ladder. The awnings are light and just require 2 dynabolts on each side - I have these

2 jobs required to be done: 1. Install outdoor blind on the 2nd storey house (sizes and window location as per photos) 2. Install outdoor awning (sizes and location of awning as per photo) Blind/awning supplied, tools and any other materials will need to be supplied. Under awning requiring painting. Approximately 16m2. Require Satin Black acrylic paint, 2 coats.

My shop awning lights are not working due to recent rainfall.

We have an awning at the front of the house. The top part has roofing tiles, (assuming silimar to terracotta tiles) need these all removed. Below there is cement sheeting, these need to be removed too (had this tested by Airsafe last week so happy to email you a copy of the report that it is NOT asbestos) but as always good to be safe. We want to keep the wooden frame in place and keep as a pergola for now as the power coming from the street is attached to this frame. The size of the area is 6 metres by 1 metre. So it’s not a huge area. You need to take away all the items that have been removed.

I would like someone to remove an old awning and replace it with a new one I just purchased. The new awning is an Instahut 3mx1.5m one with plastic frame and polycarbonate roofsheets, basically the same as the old one. I am flexible as to when the job needs to be done but preference for Friday, Sunday and Wednesday. I will be able to assist if a second pair of hands is needed to hold up sheets etc. Own tools needed but I have a spare ladder as well.

Check for leaks , repair leak in roof, clean gutters for single storey terrace, create a replacement individual permanent awning which is not joined with neighbour . Currently, awning is joined with neighbour.
