I need someone to install an outdoor awning/blind over a window on the 2nd floor of our terrace house. You will only be able to access the wall from the outside of the building, not from the window.

Five outdoor uplights need to be replaced in the awning area to illuminate the outside of the building for decorative purposes. The current lights have not been working for a while.

I need 3 exterior window awnings fitted. They are on the 2nd storey with a narrow gap of 1 metre to next door property. The wall is brick. You will need an extension ladder. The awnings are light and just require 2 dynabolts on each side - I have these

My shop awning lights are not working due to recent rainfall.

We have an awning at the front of the house. The top part has roofing tiles, (assuming silimar to terracotta tiles) need these all removed. Below there is cement sheeting, these need to be removed too (had this tested by Airsafe last week so happy to email you a copy of the report that it is NOT asbestos) but as always good to be safe. We want to keep the wooden frame in place and keep as a pergola for now as the power coming from the street is attached to this frame. The size of the area is 6 metres by 1 metre. So it’s not a huge area. You need to take away all the items that have been removed.

Broken Cafe owning. Needs repair.

I would like someone to remove an old awning and replace it with a new one I just purchased. The new awning is an Instahut 3mx1.5m one with plastic frame and polycarbonate roofsheets, basically the same as the old one. I am flexible as to when the job needs to be done but preference for Friday, Sunday and Wednesday. I will be able to assist if a second pair of hands is needed to hold up sheets etc. Own tools needed but I have a spare ladder as well.

I need an electrician or handyman to either install a concealed cable run or another solution to fix awning power cord to power source. Quote should include materials as rewiring will probably be required.
