I need my 2bed 1bath 1balcony apartment cleaned ready for leasing out. It’s a new development, only 1 year old, and I’ve been the only owner-occupier tenant (1 person) living there so it should be an easier/lighter clean than a usual ‘end of lease’ style clean. There are marble benches and hardwood flooring so appropriate cleaning products and approach for those materials preferred (eg wring mop and not leaving water on them).
