There is some wood rot in one of the beams on our verandah which has meant that the staircase has been sagging and deteriorating. The beam needs replacing (which we can supply) and the staircase to be repaired along with repair/replacement of some of the verandah balustrades. I will post some more photos soon.

We are looking for someone to change a sliding door to French doors (doors provided) add some decorative fretwork (will provide) to below the gutters (single story) and add about 3 meters of balustrade (from post to post that are already there).
