I need to fix up the wooden post and steel wire balustrade on my front porch. This will require replacing one of the corner wooden posts which has been water damaged, and as a resulted in the wires coming off. I have had to have less than 6 metres removed from an over pour of a concrete patio and need to replace the glass balustrade. The scaffolding is here so it’s really just bringing the glass, attacking it, and putting the metal on top so it matches the rest. I’ve attached a photo to see the tops, but the bottom attach can be just a bolt or whatever works as I’ll never see it. I can measure it more accurately if needed.

There is a temporary balustrade that needs to be rebuilt. Happy for a fencing contractor or trades person to remove or build a new wall in waterproof marine ply. Or alternatively, prepared to put temporary pool fencing if it could be bolted into structure at same height. It does not need to be a clad wall, just pool fencing bolted into slab. So either reinstate existing and clad, or replace with a solid aluminum fence that is compliant. Willing to pay $500 for patch up existing or $1.5k for aluminum fencing.

Repair and strengthen timer posts (rotten at the bottom ) maybe by galvanised steel bracket between the posts and the timber deck .

Looking for an experienced person to clean, sand and stain our timber deck and balustrades (approx 30m2). The deck is grey ironbark. I’ve included a close up to show condition of the decking. In terms of stain, I’d like some advice. I’m flexible with dates but ideally before Xmas.

Am sanding back the stair case and need to remove the glass balustrade - don’t have the tools to do so. Should take about 10 minutes if someone had the tool to unscrew the brackets.
