Our external balustrade needs a light sanding (approx 400 grit sandpaper required) and re-oiling with oil and sandpaper that we will provide. Also, we have 4 stools that need the seat sanded and oiled.

We removed a flat hallway balustrade to put in timber floors. It needs to be put back together and screwed in properly. Photos include the pieces that it is in now and the latter two are what it used to look like. Thanks.

We need some iron/steel work to supply and install balustrades both internal and external. Attached are some images of what we are after and the internal stairs details. The external balcony balustrade will be approx. 2550mm wide, come out from the wall approx. 100mm and attach to the wall from the outside. i.e. we are closing off an opening. Internally just balustrade at the top of stairs and hand bar down main stair.

An apartment block I maintain requires remedial work on the balustrades stanchion legs. I need you to make up inch bar feet (dimensions to be discussed)prior to the job start. 50-60 in number. On the day I'll cut the existing rusted stanchion and prep the footing you will then weld the new footing in place. I intending working one at time to maintain overall balustrade integrity. Hello, I live on a corner block with a privacy fence which contains 15 ballustrades fitted tightly between brick pillars. Each ballestrade has 4 dynobolts. Some of the bolts will come out easily, some have rusted over time, and I am unable to remove the nuts. I need a handyman to cut the rusted dynobolts from the wall to remove the ballustrades and 2 gates, so I can have them powder coated. I am scheduled to have the powder coating commence next Saturday and will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks. When the ballustrades return, I will then need to have them re-installed with new drilled dynabolts in the brick pillars. Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you.

The base of a steel patio support (round bar) and a separate balustrade support (square bar) have rusted out as have the 40mm flat plates they rest on. I want these cut away and new pieces welded in their place to make good.
