Require repairs to 2nd level balcony on commercial office building in Cockburn Central. Balcony will require replacement tiling/flooring and cladding, as well as repairs/replacement to existing balustrading to ensure balcony is safe for users.

Remove glass staircase balustrade temporarily for the timber flooring installation. Reinstate balustrade at the same position once flooring works are completed.

Our external balustrade needs a light sanding (approx 400 grit sandpaper required) and re-oiling with oil and sandpaper that we will provide. Also, we have 4 stools that need the seat sanded and oiled.

Needing a carpenter to make for us a simple balustrade to stop kids falling off the stairs. Just wanting a simple design, thinking 3 x planks of timber approx 15cm wide spaced apart to create a safe barrier along stairs gradient. See photo for basic idea. Happy to work with carpenter if you have other ideas but just wanted something simple and cost effective. Don’t have any timber so that would need to be purchased- I assume from local hardware store ? Thanks

We need approx 12.5 metres (length) of wire balustrade to be built into existing merbau decking. May need additional posts installed depending on width requirements of wire.the last section needs to attach to the boundary brick wall. The balustrade does not need to return the depth of the deck just across the front.

I need a sheer coat of White Paint sanded off the LARGE POSTS and HAND RAIL only ( NOT the spindles) to a finish that is ready to stain. Will need a small detail sander.
