Hi there! We are after 2-3 bartenders to bartend at our wedding at King Parrot Cottages. The space has a small indoor bar where we would require staff to serve drinks (spirits, beer, wine, sparkling, soft drink) and clean up empty glasses during service time. There is a commercial glass washing dish washer in the nearby kitchen. Bonus points if you'd be keen to make some cocktails too! We would also require staff to heat up and bring out some pre-made hot food towards the end of the night (not serve, just place on a table). Service time would be 4.30pm - 9.30pm.
