I am hosting a quick cocktail hour for about 15 people before heading out to my sister's hens dinner (this will be a low-key hens, FYI). We are looking for 2 bartenders/mixologists to serve a cocktail menu of 3-5 classic cocktails, these have not been agreed upon yet but we are thinking of the following; Espresso Martini French martini Margarita Then standard vodka soda and gin tonic, along with wines. The event is for 30 people, we are looking for 2 people in the bar full time and the other between the bar and helping the server with food prep and anything as seen fit. Basic preparation of garnishes etc prior to the event required. The event starts at 3 pm, ideally starting at the space at 2 pm and until 6 pm to pack down the bar to self-service. If we require longer we can discuss it during the evening. The budget in the listing is for 1 bartender.
